Tocai wine

Tocai wine, a white wine that has always been synonymous of Friuli, Collio Goriziano and excellent quality, has changed its name since a couple of years. After a long controversy with Hungary that claimed its power, his name was changed and from former Tocai of Collio it has been transformed in Friulano wine.

Its production is strongly linked to the tradition of the most famous Friuli wines such as Cabernet, Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla and Pinot Grigio. The method, striclty respected also by the Attems winery, is the one of insuring the integrity and the respect for grape clusters which are conferred immediately after being harvested in order to preserve their aromatic potential. This guarantees great quality and amazing resultis also in terms of bouquet and after taste.

If you like to try a very good Tocai wine, thus you have first to come to the Attems winery and than ask for a good glass of Friulano (remember, not Tocai!!)!
